History:
Mattie was born on the main land of Ireland as a bi-polar human. Her family was killed in a huge accident that sent her mom, dad, and sister(Kinnee) to heaven when she was ony 10. In her dispare she built an unsteady raft and drifted out to sea. When she woke up after a sickening night she discovered a beautiful island. After further discovery she came across a small village that adopted her. She was raised by their Village elder. When he died she was 14 and she took his place as the village leader. When she was 15 the village had grown so big they had aquired a government and a store. She was attacked around the New Year holiday by a pack of werewolves. Trying to help her scientist took her and operated on her. She got better but she also was left with large bat wings. Her sister was sent down to her after spitting in God's face. Being angered by her sister's apearence she vowled never to leave her side. At 16 Mattie and Kinnee still rule the town. She has a pet dragon name Koshi or Koi.
